Very well maintained and clean hotel. The staff are all friendly and warm and very hardworking. Breakfast had a decent variety from day to day, and it was well stocked with food levels being checked frequently. The daybed couch was brilliant and perfect for our six year old. The desk partition that opens allowed him privacy and could also be opened so we could check on him if needed. Lastly, the pool, while small, does already have a selection of life jackets for the kids. Such a thoughtful touch.

Everything was perfect, the staff was amazing! They greeted you immediately when you walked in and made sure every need was meant. The breakfast attendant was fabulous, she personally went to every child and gave them a sweet treat also interacting with all the guest. The front desk attendant was wonderful!

Everything was great! The staff was friendly, facilities were clean and inviting,the room was really, really nice, and the bed was really comfortable. Loved the couch/daybed as well. Will return in the future.

The value, the staff, the ease of checkin/checkout. It's a short drive to the cruise port in Galveston and far less expensive and congested. We enjoyed the breakfast as well!

Overall the hotel had a very nice, friendly environment. The suite I was staying in was exactly what I was looking for. Location wise was perfect because it was right near the shopping outlet mall. Stayed in a lot of hotels but this one is at the top of my list.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area...thanks to Van.The hotel was well maintained and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was also good.
